Website privacy notice

This notice describes information handled by the QSB ERP marketing website. It covers website inquiries, rather than data entered into a separate ERP application.
What you share and why
The inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number with country code and message. We use these details to respond to your request, discuss a demo or quote, and follow up on that conversation. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Where your inquiry goes
The website sends your inquiry to info@shushangroup.com through our GreenGeeks email service. Your email address is used as the reply address. The website does not save inquiries in a website database or intentionally record their contents in application logs. Emails and replies remain in the mailbox and may also be held in the email provider’s backups.
Retention and access
The website does not automatically delete messages from the mailbox or set a mailbox retention period. Contact us to ask how long your correspondence is kept or to request its deletion. People with access to the inquiry mailbox can read the messages sent to it.
Technical information and security
Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and request times for website operation and security. To limit spam, the contact endpoint uses temporary request counters with 15-minute rate-limit windows. When a trusted proxy is configured, these counters use the client IP address. They are held in server memory and reset when the application restarts.
Cookies, fonts and external links
This website currently has no advertising pixels, analytics trackers or social-media embeds. Language selection is kept for the current page session and is not saved in a cookie. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files.
WhatsApp, social-media links and the ERP sign-in link take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Social links do not load embedded feeds or tracking scripts on this website. When you open an external service, that service may collect information under its own notice.
Your questions and requests
To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@shushangroup.com or contact us on WhatsApp: +255 762 738 462. We may ask for information to confirm that the request relates to your correspondence. You can also contact Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission about a privacy concern.

Taarifa hii inahusu tovuti ya matangazo ya QSB ERP na maombi yanayotumwa kupitia tovuti. Haihusu taarifa zinazowekwa katika programu tofauti ya ERP.
Taarifa tunazopokea
Fomu inaomba jina, kampuni, barua pepe, namba ya simu pamoja na msimbo wa nchi na ujumbe wako. Tunatumia taarifa hizi kujibu ombi lako, kujadili maonesho au bei, na kufuatilia mazungumzo hayo. Usiweke nywila, taarifa za malipo au taarifa nyeti za binafsi.
Barua pepe, uhifadhi na ufikiaji
Ombi linatumwa kwa info@shushangroup.com kupitia huduma ya barua pepe ya GreenGeeks. Barua pepe yako inatumika kama anwani ya kujibu. Tovuti haihifadhi maombi katika hifadhidata ya tovuti wala kurekodi kwa makusudi ujumbe wako katika kumbukumbu za programu. Ujumbe na majibu hubaki katika kisanduku cha barua pepe na yanaweza pia kuwepo katika nakala za akiba za mtoa huduma.
Tovuti haifuti ujumbe katika kisanduku cha barua pepe kiotomatiki wala kuweka muda wa uhifadhi humo. Wasiliana nasi kuuliza muda wa uhifadhi au kuomba kufutwa kwa ujumbe wako. Watu wenye ufikiaji wa kisanduku hiki wanaweza kusoma ujumbe.
Usalama na huduma nyingine
Huduma ya kuhifadhi tovuti inaweza kuchakata anwani ya IP, kurasa zilizoombwa na muda wa maombi kwa uendeshaji na usalama. Mfumo wa kuzuia ujumbe taka hutumia vihesabu vya maombi kwa vipindi vya dakika 15 katika kumbukumbu ya seva; vinafutika seva inapowashwa upya. Seva ya kati inapoaminika, vihesabu vinaweza kutumia anwani ya IP.
Tovuti kwa sasa haina vifuatiliaji vya matangazo, takwimu za watembeleaji au milisho ya mitandao ya kijamii. Chaguo la lugha halihifadhiwi katika kidakuzi. Fonti zinatolewa na Google Fonts, ambayo hupokea taarifa za kiufundi zinazohitajika kutoa fonti hizo. Viungo vya WhatsApp, mitandao ya kijamii na ERP vinakupeleka kwenye huduma zenye taratibu zao za faragha.
